Registration

Participation in DISC 2020 is free. The conference however requires one paid registration for every accepted paper and brief announcement.

Free Participant Registration

Please fill out the following registration form in order to participate in DISC 2020. Registered participants will receive all the necessary information (zoom links, etc.) to take part in any of the online DISC 2020 activities.

Paid Paper Registration

You will need to pay one paper registration fee per paper or brief announcement (note that each author must still fill out the free registration form above). The deadline for paying the fee for your paper is October 5. The paper registration fees are as follows:

Remark on EATCS Membership Requirement: For the reduced EATCS member rate, one of the authors of the paper or brief announcement must be an EATCS member. This does not need to be the author who fills out and pays for the registration. During the registration, you will have the possibility to give name and member ID of the author of the paper who is an EATCS member. If none of the authors is an EATCS member, the author who registers the paper will automatically become an EATCS member for one year. If you are or were a member of EATCS, you can login to the EATCS website to verify if your membership is still valid or to find out your membership number.

Registration Process

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. As part of the paper registration, we also collect information on the author who will present the paper in the live zoom session at DISC 2020. To register your paper, you have to first create an “Easy Conferences” account. To create an account, as well as to register and pay for your paper, please use the following link.
