| Answer: | Co-submission to a journal and the conference is allowed, as long as the paper has not yet been printed in the journal. |

| Answer: | Your email program may be inserting end-of-line characters at the end of everyline, and/or splitting lines that are too long. Can you please try to send the same file (possibly ftp-ed, using the binary option to a unix machine) try to send it from a Unix machine? |
